Meet Riley Siddoway
Riley grew up in Coalville, a small farming town outside of Park City, Utah. He attended the University of Utah, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. After graduation, Riley spent years building outdoor companies into widely recognized brands, like Smartwool and Mountain Raceworks.
After a number of years in the marketing space, Riley returned to school, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Charleston and an MBA from the University of Utah.
With a fresh perspective and refined financial analysis skills, Riley founded a niche retail business in Bozeman, Montana, and scaled it to become a seven-figure retail operation in less than three years. Riley also acquired a retail business in Fort Collins, Colorado, to expand market reach and increase the buying power of both businesses.
In his spare time, Riley enjoys endurance sports such as cycling and trail running and adventure sports such as alpine climbing, backcountry skiing, and ice climbing.

About Junction Creative
Junction Creative is a marketing agency founded in Marietta, GA. The firm is unique in its high margins and strong operational discipline. Its margins were some of the highest seen during Riley’s search for an agency.
The company’s success has been garnered through a combination of word-of-mouth customer acquisition and an innovative project cost tracker. The latter allows the firm to accurately scope, price, and execute against client projects while retaining healthy margins.
During its 13 years in operation, the firm has won over 5 OBIE awards for its work with SMBs and Fortune 500 companies. Notable products and services include design services for brand identity and marketing collateral, digital solutions for websites and e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing services. Junction Creative currently has seven full-time employees.
The acquisition is financed by a mix of SBA 7(a) bank debt, seller financing and equity from management and investors. The capital raise launched in August 2024 and closed in September 2024, just 45 days later.

Riley partnered with Main Street Securities to bring his capital raise to life.
Main Street worked with Riley to model his deal structure and equity raise, allowing him to offer market terms to investors backed by a detailed set of operating assumptions and projections. Once the model was set, Riley was able to use the templated offering docs and leverage the Mainshares Investor Network to fully subscribe his raise in a matter of weeks.
On the administrative side of the raise, Main Street managed forming an escrow account to hold investor funds, assisting with collecting the personal financial statements and fund seasoning requirements for the SBA lender, and driving the deal to close. The firm worked closely with Dan Bywater and Peggy Ackerman from First Bank of Central Ohio (FBCO), who provided the debt funding to allow Riley to acquire Junction Creative.
